ASSESSMENT

We establish detailed and generalized assessment instruments to evaluate various dimensions of functioning of the employees, departments, as well as organizational structure

STRATEGY/PLANNING

We study the organizations current business structure and mission statement along with the data collected from the assessments that where implemented; Based on this provided and collected data we develop a strategic outline for the reconstruction of certain aspects based on the initially presented needs and/or wants of the  organizational leaders

APPLICATION

Depending on the size and needs of the company we establish an employee/department acclimation program. The program consists of various presentation and training materials that will aid staff to transition positively and successfully to the organizational changes being implemented
